  1. cdacweb.com is a web-based information repository, research, and communication platform created by the Colorado District Attorneys’ Council (hereinafter “CDAC”).
  2. Access to cdacweb.com is strictly limited to the employees, volunteers, and contract employees of eligible law enforcement agencies, including, but not limited to, CDAC, CDAC Member District Attorney’s offices, the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Colorado the Colorado Attorney General’s Office; CDAC member District Attorney’s Office.
  3. Eligibility for access to cdacweb.com is at the sole discretion of the Colorado District Attorneys’ Council, the creator of cdacweb.com.
  4. You may not disclose, download, share, or otherwise transfer the password protected content contained on cdacweb.com  in any manner that is not in the furtherance of the investigation of prosecution of criminal activity, the provision of services to crime victims, or the education and training of prosecutors, law enforcement personnel, or victim service providers.
  5. If you cease being an employee of a CDAC member District Attorney’s office or a subscribing law enforcement agency or any other subscribing entity, you agree to de-activate your account immediately and to stop using cdacweb.com.
  6. Users of cdacweb.com are prohibited from deliberately tampering with or destroying content, and from making inappropriate comments (denigrating other cdacweb.com users, judges, attorneys, defendants, victims, etc.).  Such conduct, in the sole discretion of CDAC, may result in revocation of your access to cdacweb.com. Access to cdacweb.com is a privilege, and may be withdrawn by CDAC at any time, without notice.
  7. cdacweb.com is not a substitute for your own independent legal research and judgment. Information should be researched and verified in original and current sources of authority.
  8. CDAC assumes no responsibility for the contents of cdacweb.com, including, but not limited to, inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate information.  The views expressed on the site are those of each individual contributor and not necessarily of the CDAC. 
  9. Submission of copyrighted materials to this website without the prior permission of the copyright holder is prohibited. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable copyright laws.
  10. You may not post any grand jury material, evidence obtained by the grand jury, or any other matter protected by the grand jury secrecy provisions or any other court order. It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable grand jury laws in your Jurisdiction.
  11. Before submitting documents or content for inclusion on cdacweb.com, you must ensure that all names, dates of birth, telephone numbers, bank account numbers, social security numbers, email addresses, home addresses and any other identifying information relating to victims, minors, and any other individuals who are afforded privacy rights as defined by state or federal law are redacted or deleted.
  12. CDAC reserves the right to remove or edit content at any time.
  13. Access to cdacweb.com, or any part thereof, is prohibited without the prior permission of CDAC.
